• Not to violate the public interest, ethics, conflict of interest, and interests of others;

If a third party is harmed by a user's breach, the user is solely responsible for any damages, penalties, or additional costs incurred by Egulen Systems, and Egulen Systems should not be harmed.

If Egulen Systems has suffered damages as a result of a third party's claim for damages or administrative liability, all damages and costs shall be reimbursed by the infringing user, including attorney's fees.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge and accept that Egulen Systems is not responsible for any damage caused to the user in the following cases, but not limited to: 

• To use or not to use www.egulen.com website service;
• A third party using your account or modifying information without the consent of the user;
• Misunderstanding www.egulen.com website services;
• Other losses are not directly related to Egulen Systems and related to www.egulen.com website services.

Under no circumstances shall Egulen Systems, its subsidiaries, their shareholders, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, representatives, suppliers, or contractors be liable for any commercial services, developer materials, or other items provided under this Agreement.

CANCELLATION OF THIS CONTRACT

You acknowledge and accept that if an account is found to violate the “Terms & Conditions”, “Privacy Policy”, “Anti-Money Laundering Policy” and related laws and regulations, we have the right to immediately close the account, lock all funds in the account, and suspend access to all www.egulen.com website services. 

Egulen Systems reserves the right to store and use account transaction information and other relevant information. Account control can be used in the following cases. These include:

• The account information that is relevant to criminal investigations and other pending trials;
• Detection of abnormalities in the account;
• Detect unauthorized access to the account;
• By order of a judge or by order of state authority.

In the following cases, Egulen Systems reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately, cancel the user's account, and suspend access. These include:

• After www.egulen.com website terminates their service;
• Register under another person's name and try to become an www.egulen.com website user directly or indirectly;
• The information provided by the user is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete;
• If upon the renewal of this agreement (including regulations) the user has stated that he/she will not accept the new terms of service agreement;
• Other circumstances in which Egulen Systems considers it necessary to cancel the service.

DELETING THE ACCOUNT

Upon request for deletion of the account, from the balance in the account there will be a deduction from all payments to be paid to www.egulen.com website (if any) and the user will be given 3 working days to withdraw all assets from the account.

In the event of an investigation into fraud or money laundering and the closure of an account due to a breach of the terms of service, www.egulen.com website will seal the account and transfer user information to the appropriate authorities.

COMPLIANCE WITH MUNICIPAL LAW

The user is obliged to comply with all municipal laws and regulations when using the www.egulen.com website service. Issues such as tax payment, deduction, and reporting must be governed by municipal law. All users of the www.egulen.com website service acknowledge and agree that their source of funds is legitimate or has not been obtained through any illegal activities. Egulen Systems will work with global law enforcement agencies to close and terminate the accounts and assets of users under investigation.

IN CASE OF NO COMPENSATION OF DAMAGE AND LOSS

You acknowledge & agree to be liable for any lawsuits and claims made by any third party against Egulen Systems and its subsidiaries and to prevent Egulen Systems and its subsidiaries from being harmed, except in the case there is a breach on Egulen System’s side. As described above, Egulen Systems strives to maintain the integrity and security of the information on its website and does not guarantee the information or services on the platform. Egulen Systems is not responsible for any errors or omissions resulting from the use of the Service.

In no event shall Egulen Systems, its subsidiaries, their shareholders, members, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, agents, suppliers, or contractors be held liable for any accidental, indirect, exceptional, consequential loss (including loss of information, data, profit, loss of business, or another financial gain) in connection with any commercial services, developer materials, or other items provided under this Agreement.

FORCE MAJEURE 

Egulen Systems will not be responsible and liable for any losses that occurred due to 

floods, earthquakes, extreme weather emergencies, natural disasters, fires, wars, riots, revolts, labor disputes, accidents, government operations, power outages, and communication interruption, hardware and software failures, hacker attacks. We are not responsible for any damage or service delays caused by any of the above-mentioned uncontrolled circumstances or events.
